I just spoke to a friend in Santa Barbara and am I jealous. He is going to see Beck tonight in Santa Barbara. It is bad enough that the guy lives there, but he gets to see Beck at what could be the best outdoor venue in the United States, The Santa Barbara Bowl. Beck played up here at the Greek Theatre in Berkeley last night, but to be honest, I am kind of over the Greek. The sound there is too weak. I don’t like being so far away from the music either, but it is nice to be outside. Maybe I am just a sourpuss? Anyway, enjoy Beck tonight Adam, I am sure you will.
